Having determined the “look” that a client wishes to achieve, Lynda will next sketch out and discuss suitable designs, colours and materials.

With formal daywear important factors to be considered are comfort, versatility and practicality of the fabric.  Quite often Lynda will design complementary outfits that can be mixed-and-matched to extend the range of the client’s wardrobe.

As the garments are bespoke, the patterns will be cut to fit the individual flawlessly, contributing to achieve our goal of providing clients with smart, fashionable, and quality formal daywear.

FORMAL EVENING WEAR

The design starts with the “occasion” as this will determine the look of the final creation.  The options are wide and can start with an image that the client has in mind, a picture from a magazine or a sketch from Lynda made during the consultation.

With her experience, Lynda can advise on what fabric would complement the design and the client.  She can also suggest accessories that will set off the outfit, and even the best type of underwear that will fit the cut of the garment.
